At Formula 41, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we aim to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund (Prepaid Orders Only)

We proudly offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy for all prepaid orders placed directly with Formula 41.

Eligibility:

  • The order must be placed using a prepaid payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)

  • Refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Valid Order ID or proof of purchase is mandatory

What This Means:

  • You can request a refund without providing any reason

  • No lengthy approval process

  • No unnecessary questioning

Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout.

⚠ This policy is applicable strictly to prepaid orders only.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD orders are not eligible for the 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy.

  • Refund or replacement will only be provided in the following situations:

    • Damaged product received

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Missing items in the package

All such claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including box, labels, and accessories (if applicable)

  • The product should not be intentionally tampered with

  • Order ID or invoice must be provided

Formula 41 reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product condition

    • The shipping label

After verification:

  • We may offer a replacement or

  • Initiate a refund, depending on the situation

Failure to provide required proof within the timeline may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time (2–5 working days) to reflect the amount

Formula 41 is not responsible for delays caused by banking partners.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • If already shipped, cancellation will not be possible

COD Orders:

  • Cancellation must be requested before dispatch

  • Refusal at delivery may affect future COD eligibility

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Physical damage due to improper use or mishandling

  • Missing original packaging (where required)

  • Fake, duplicate, or unverifiable Order ID

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Failure to provide proof for damaged/incorrect item claims within 48 hours

Formula 41 reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet policy conditions.

Formula 41 reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
